NaNoWriMo: At 51,645 words, I'm a winner. I don't know how managed to do it, I really don't, and my story isn't finished and will need a lot of editing, but I don't hate it as much as 2008's novel, so, progress.
Coursework update: English Lit is going badly, English Language is going well. Meh, you can't win them all.
Uni offers: Brighton (to do English and Media. But they want a B in English Language and that ain't happening any time soon), Chichester (CCC, which is better that I thought it was going to be) and Southampton Solent (240-280 points, but I don't want to go there). Got letters from Canterbury Christchuch and Greenwich to say that they're 'processing my application' so hopefully they'll be done soon.
Books: I haven't done a lot of reading recently. I started re-reading The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas but then I bought A Note of Madness, which is really good. I can totally relate to how Flynn feels when he's down. I also want the next one after that, which is called A Voice In The Distance, because I want to know what happens next. I've update my wish list as well. Okay, I'll stop linking you to things now.
Writing: I bought a diary with a lock from Paperchase. I'll maybe link you to a picture next time I write an entry. It's leather and it cost more than I'd like it to, but if I had it my way, notebooks would be free. :) They don't have it online...maybe I'll take a picture instead. It's niceeeeee.
Loves: Spending as much time as I want in the Borders branch of Starbucks reading with hot chocolate. Uni offers. Buying presents for people.
Hates: Rain. Nosebleeds. Confusing boys.
